Experience

Press Dough, Inc. has been involved in the pizza industry for over 35 years.  We specialize in creating dies that best match the unique needs of our customers. We have worked with manufacturers all over the world and have manufactured dies that work for even the most difficult dough formulations.  Our extensive knowledge of dough formulation and many years of hands on experience can be beneficial to clients with specialized pizza crust dough formulas.

Engineering

We are experienced in both production and engineering.  This gives us the unique ability to develop the perfect, custom forming die; whether clients are replacing an existing die or developing a new project.  Dies can be configured to mount to any hot press regardless of size or manufacturer.  Any shape crust or rim style is possible.  Dies can be temperature zoned or configured with air release if necessary.  Food industry approved coatings are used with minimum 40RC hardness for outstanding wear characteristics and release.
